Yes, I've mailed perfume to NSW to a freind. Just make sure to list it on the Customs form. and check off ';GIFT'; on the form.

I tried to mail perfume to the UK but the US post office told me that it's considered a flammable item and that it couldn't be mailed. If you list it on your customs form and they notice it in the US post office, they won't let you mail it.
actually it is not to customs , you would have to get in contact with your local post office....
